Completed master’s degree in organisational psychology at University of Stockholm and doctor’s degree in social psychology at University of Latvia, where currently holds position of a docent.

From 1996 to 2007 worked as a management consultant at Fontes Latvia, LTD. Was head of consulting group. Together with colleagues helped leading companies as well as public administration institutions of Latvia to develop human resource management functions.

On July 2007 established competence development company energise, LTD with the aim to help managers and human resource specialists to improve learning environment of their organisations, as well as to develop tailor maid training programmes.
